BES REGAL SOFT SPECIFIC ACTIVATOR No. 2 is a 10 VOL—3% H2O2 for tone-on-tone coloration or enhancing highlights and covering low percentages of white hair.Specific activator used for a cosmetic highlighter in gel BES REGAL SOFT COLOR. Moisturizing and protective gentle emulsion formulated for semi-permanent colors. Thisemulsion, appropriately blended with color, allows a perfect coloring without ammonia and a low percentage of peroxide. According to the advised dilutions, a moisturizing and homogeneous blend is obtained, easy to apply, and should be distributed evenly.
